Looking for relatives of Edwin Tait (born 1887, died 1930) in Gateshead

I am looking for relatives of Edwin Tait, who was born in 1887 in Gateshead, England. He married Jessie Morrison, who was born in 1888, in Scotland. Planning a trip back to the area and hope to meet some relatives. My father (Allan Tait) emigrated to Canada in 1949.
