The rifles with a Self Contained Cartridges aren't made any more and the Air Arms S410 isn't one of them.
The Air Arms has an air reservoir and is legal - no license required.
You will need some means of re-filling it. Either at your local Gun Shop, with a pump or best of all with a scuba tank.

You are seriously lucky my friend! A scuba tank is good, but very expensive- get a hand pump. I think the only self-contained cartridges are made by Brocock, and those do need a licence. Your rifle does not.

Hill pumps are good- but I don't know too much about hand pump- take your gun along to a gunshop and ask them.
