I have been taking herbs (evanesce) for the past year. However I switched to estraderm TTS 25 patches a couple of weeks ago. I have now ordered TTS 50 patches and intend to stay with them 2 or three months before a possible upgrade to TTS 100 patches. I am continuing with the evanesce which is cutting the T down. Any comments !

Hi sandi first of love your web page, I started taking hormones two weeks ago im taking 4mg of estrofem and 50mg of spiro a day I read your transition diary and it looks like you had success at only 2mg I want to go the safest route becuase im doing them myself If Im taking a dose that I shouldnt will you get back to me

Im sure that at 4mg of estrofem and 50mg of spiro you ill see results and that is still considered a low dose. It's all just a matter of time.
