Has anyone had to do a plans/specs appraisal in this development over off of Cascade road area(outside 285)? The builder seems to be quite unrealistic about his sales price for this area. Just checking.
I was contacted about doing an appraisal off plans out n that area a few months ago. It never panned out because I insisted that the value they "felt" it should be couldn't be supported by the area.
If I were a betting man I would think that what you are running into is what I did. Don't let the builder dictate value, let the market.
