I wont be able to make the cram course on Monday and TUesday.
Just scheduled an appraisal for Monday that I cant see any other day. If you are on a waiting list or need to take it, call John's office. I am putting this up because I am bailing so late and trying to fill the spot, I had to leave a message at Johns office.

There is no prayer that this course will be half full. I think people are changing their mind about becoming certified. There have been about six cancellations.

I only cancelled because I have to see a property on Monday and get it in by Wednesday, I will be taking this class someday.... Dont be mad with me John.
