I have forwarded several emails to Ace mortage and they keep telling me they are going to pay but don't. Has anyone had this issue with them. I am very close to filing a complaint with the Ga dept of B & F as well as some other groups. Any advise would be helpful

Go to the Georgia Dept of Banking and Finance Website..Find out the Registered agent.

It is listed there along with a phone number usually.

I always call first to try and get paid,,Remember to be real nice..

After that

Send a letter for demand of payment - You can find one on this site somewhere...

After 10 days,,,Sue in Small Claims Court with added expence...

Yeah, I'm working with the Atlanta South office and they seem to be terrible with payment...but they want the appraisal yesterday, lol. The North office is so much better, they only send me COD

try contacting Kimberly Hughes in corporate accounting in Ohio. She's responsible for the Atlanta Region. She'll get you paid REAL QUICK!!!
