Any generic data on dollar per sqft rental rates for office condo set up. North Fulton, South Forsyth area?

The quality of your appraisal depends directly on how much detail you obtain for your analysis. Rents are only half the equation, must investigate expenses specific to the contract. No generic rate used here.

Its not for an appraisal. Just had my three year tenant leave me. No units up for rent in our complex, i am thinking about $14 a foot but figure there are some guys who have pretty easy and detailed access to commercial rental rates.
