ALE, we just finished one, but it was big and a really nice one. Comps were between 3-9 million. Let me know if these would help. But if you have a Mom & Pop type place, I don't think these would help ya'.

Near Northside Hospital

I just did one in Newton county,,it was for a divorce,,Refi...

I looked for two weeks and did not find any...

I went to the county,,go a list of licenses for Assisted Living Care Homes..

then searched each one looking for sales...

Found NONE...

Good thing mine was only a 7 room - 7 bath ..

and also for a in house loan...

It was a nightmare...

Now we've got one to do. If either of you gentlemen have some sales or leases, even an address for leads, we'll get together for a beer or six.

Last time I appraised one, I found quite a few comps from Costar.com. It was over five years ago, but some of the larger chain facilities change hands quite frequently.
