Hi Sashi,(and other madcats too)

I have a couple of Indian investors, working in Dallas who are interested in setting up an Indian Restaurant there. I believe Saravana Bhavan recently opened a restaurant there and is doing great buisness.

I would be involved in this project as a consultant. (If we prove its feasibility)

I would like opinions and suggestions from madcats who know the market (Dallas in particular and US in general) and the various issues involved in such a project. Any information would be welcome.

Indian restaurants are doing well in all the countries and USA is not an exception.

Please do a google search for the terms 'Indian restaurants USA ' to get an idea. The results has around 97,000 entries, though !
