Antifreeze for radiators 49 M

It seems sensible to check the condition and concentration of the antifreeze in our radiators so three questions:

What type of antifreeze is used? including chemical name if possible.

If it is polypropylene glycol; how can I test the concentration?

Where does one add fresh liquid to the system ( I'm not used to pressurized systems).
