I'm trying to tie the San Antonio Menchacas to the Nacogdoches Menchacas. Both named Jose Antonio....one born in San Antonio c.1800 the other born Coahuila Mx in 1797. They were both in Bexar 1800-1804 when the Mx born disappears off radar and later turns up in Nacogdoches married to M.Feliciana Sanches de los Santos. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Linda, did you ever find an answer to your question about the Manchacas? Seven years later I am trying to find out the same information about my 5th ggfather! Would love to know what you have learned.
