My ancestors are from the Canary Islands. My Great ancestor was Don Jose Francisco de Arocha married to Juana Curbello. I have quite a bit of information on my ancestors. My fathers mother my grandma nana, we called her, was Guadalupe Arocha and her mother was Catharina Arocha. If anyone out there is from the same family, I would love to hear from you. God Bless

I am also from the same famiy. I am at a roadblock trying to find info on my 4th grandmother, Basilia Moya Delgado Koehler.Her husband was Philip Koehler and they lived in Goliad. Her parents were Juan Jose Delgado and Maria Antonia Sevedra Martinez. JuaN Jose was born in La Bahia around 1800.

Hey Arocha cousins. I'm descended from the Arocha line as well. Simon de Arocha's daughter Ana Maria de Arocha who married Joaquin Leal.
