hewalth issues from viet nam crew members

I have a viet nam era veteran who served in Manilla working on equipment from Viet Nam. He has a couple typles of Cancer that may have resulted from exposure to teh equipment he worked on or using different industrial cleaners on equipment.
I could use any experience of others in helping him file a claim with the VA.
