Does anyone give a thought to what all this bouncing around does to the dogs? Going from home to cage to another home to cage over and over again? I find the whole idea disgusting. Dogs are not cars to be rented when convenient, then returned.

I think there was something like this in California earlier in the year. Not a good idea in my opinion...sounds like a disaster for the dogs.
