Thanks everyone for your kind wishes for my little girl. I've been away for a bit with no internet connection so now that I am back I will give you an update.

Ellie had an ultrasound and xrays and they showed no further involvement with the hemangio so chemo is a good option to combat any stray cells that may be floating around. She had her first treatment last Friday and you would never know she had it. This weekend I will take her to my family's farm in NH and take her swimming. We will have a "mother daughter weekend". Gracie and Ellie will keep their Dad company in RI.

Happy to hear Ellie is doing well. I know when our Lacey went through chemo as a preventative to combat any stray cells, she did very well. Same as Ellie, you would not have known she was doing treatments. I think we only had one weekend of runny poops. Her hair did thin out, but several weeks after treatments ended it filled right back in. We'll keep thinking good thoughts for the both of you!
