Oak Lane should be very proud of their 65 pound players, coaches, and parents. First of all, the 65 pound championship game was one of the most exciting games I've seen in a while. Both teams played their hearts out and it was a shame it just couldn't be called a tie and both teams share the championship, because they both deserved it. More impressive was the sportsmanship displayed by the players, parents and coaches after the game. Many of your players congratulated our players well after the game was over. You guys really have a great group of kids and hopefully we can meet up again next year in the 'ship as 75lbers. Good luck in your winter/summer sports and see ya next year.
