F Vingoe paintings

I have two Vingoe paintings inherited from my Grandfather. The first shows Hall Barn, Beaconsfield, Bucks and is dated 1908. My Grandfather was Butler there to Lord Beverbrook, the newspaper magnate.

The second painting shows Burtley Cottages , part of the Hall Barn Estate, and where my mother was born in 1911,and is also dated 1908. Sadly the cottages once in a woodland setting are now isolated in the M40 motorway service area, as part of the estate was compulsorily purchased to build the motorway.

The paintings, which are is reasonable condition and framed, probably have limited financial value but I have strong sentimental attachment to them. I am not sure how my Grandfather came by them but there were presumably a gift when he left service at Hall Barn.
