Sealand Traveler toilet bolts

Last week I noticed a small pool of 'water' at the base of the toilet pedestal.
(Sealand 911) When I removed the pedestal cover it was obviously leaking from the seal between pedestal and tank flange. Called in at Nantwich Marina for new seal kit (£12) on my way home. Yesterday when I renewed the seal, I discovered three of the old bolts had rusted through, the toilet was attached to tank flange by just one bolt!
No wonder it leaked!
I'm not sure when the seal was last replaced (We bought NB Kingfisher in September 2010) so obviously more than five years ago.

So, just a suggestion to others with Sealand toilets, if you have not checked the bolts recently it might be worth doing. Better than ending up on the bathroom floor with a toilet pan in your lap (or worse!).
