Was crew chief on this helicopter Randolph AFB Texas 1974 to 1977. Would like to talk to James Foster if possible because it looks like he flew f models at Sheppard AFB and possibly in 1972 at Randolph. Our commander was Col. Fleenor ex pow in Vietnam, nice guy. We once flew legendary pilot Gen. Flynn north to army camp Bullis. Super nice officer and found out later he was the highest ranking pow in Hanoi and possibly all Vietnam. We had five f model hueys two blue and white and three gray. 66 1249 was blue and white and was wondering if they all came from Sheppard or where. 66-1249, with civillian n number went into the ocean departing the Dominican Republic a few years back. Pilot was ok after successful autoration. One of my most memorable pilots was Maj. Lyle Stephenson. We also had a Col. Scarff, and Capt. Rienhart. I believe all Vietnam Vets.
