Hi all, just reading some of the messages, Bondy i remember you and Gaz Palmer very well, probably because you BEASTED us every time we were at the gym, i remember the home made assault course on the footy field, i think you called it the Grand National, the time was reduced from the last man finishing and round we went again and again and again. All good fun !!!! Not ?. Hope you are well mate. |

Bondy Everybody remembers you Gaz Palmer and Roundy from the Gym because we all thought you were mentally disturbed as you all thought it was exellent to think of the most sadistic way to get us to throw up the quickest. I had my reward though Mick seeing you three die on at the Army Biathlon champs in 1989 somewhere in South Germany. Colly |

I remember when we were at Grafenwhor, A**s Kazocins was BC, Jim Evans was the QMSI. We had a CFT and Gaz Palmer got lost we did a CFT and some. When we got back in camp Jim went ballistic, I'm sure he took the PTI's straight back out again. It was a hard slog but good fun (everybody passed) even Scouse Harrison who spent half of it in the combat caravan!! |

Colin, Yes your right Gaz Palmer and myself were not in the good books with Jim after that one. I remember passing the same boot at the side of the track 3 times. The good old days |
