Hello Everybody,
Just to expand on the above title, as you may well know I have taken up Barebow shooting, using the A.F.B. that was given to me as a gift.
Not wanting to break any rules of shooting I decided to ring G.N.A.S.for guidance on anchor point and finger placement on the string, because I had heard of numerous interpretations of both. Their reply was
"Are you a member of a club if so ask someone in coaching for their help or any level 1 coach should be able to advise there is no one here from coaching at the moment"
I just can't believe it. The rule book itself tells me I am shooting in the Recurve Traditional Style and "an archer must adhere to one anchor point and one finger position on the string throughout a tournament" so I suppose the choice is MINE and cannot be jugded as correct or incorrect.
Anyone who may have some REAL advice please let me know  |
