Hi: I have tons of recipes for great apple cakes. Some are pudding like, others are lighter in texture. If you can describe what you want, I'll search through what I have and get it to you. I also have a yummy recipe that uses fresh sliced apples and then a caramel sauce to go over the top....to die for! (quote my husband). Hope to talk to you soon.
