Hello Phiddus. I found your 11 Healthy Eatin Recipes on Bitsy's Kitchen web site. I have copied several of the recipes. They look delicious.
I have been using Sugar Twin for years and am very happy to see that someone else uses it also. I have had very good luck with it. Although I don't have the nutrition break down you provide.
