CHEESY GARLIC MASHED POTATOES Serves: 6-8 4 c. hot prepared mashed potatoes 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) CAMPBELL'S Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted 1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 'divided' 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1-1/2 c. FRENCH'S Taste Toppers French Fried Onions In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine mashed potatoes, soup, 1 c. cheese and garlic powder. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Spoon potato mixture into a shallow 2-qt baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake at 375-F for 5 minutes (watch carefully) or until onions are golden brown. |
