1/4 c. water, mixed with 1 pkg yeast

1 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. olive oil
1 Tblsp. caraway seed
dry onion, add to bread and sprinkle on dough before baking
1/2 cup additional water... optional.. use if needed
Mix together the starter, and the water with yeast. Add 2/3 cup water, salt, sugar, oil, caraway seed, and mix in flour. If needed, add extra water.... Knead til soft and then cover with oil, and allow to rise til doubled.
Punch down dough and shape into loaves. Sprinkle onion on dough and placeit on a greased baking sheet. allow to double.
Bake at 350 degres for 40 minutes...
