I am looking for information on which regiment would have been at Baie St-Paul, Quebec in the period of 1777-1780. I have an ancestor of Irish descent who would have served with such a regiment and settled locally afterwards. Baie St-Paul is located about one hour drive from Quebec City. I have checked the Archives microfilms for monthly returns but there is just too much material to go through and I am unsure if the location of Baie St-Paul would have been properly mentionned on the returns. Thank you. |
