Message:		Hi Gary, Do you believe that a greencard holder will be subject to the Exit Tax if they make a treaty tie breaker election on their 2007 return? The legislation seems to be drafted in such a way that that is the end result. This could put a lot of people at risk if their preparers aren't on top of the legislation. Also, what's your read on unvested stock options? Many thanks-there is a lot of confusion regarding 877A
