Message:		Hello, I am from France, a research scholar on a j-1 visa since 2005. I was paid by a US university up to June 2007 and from July 2007 receive grant income from France from the NIH. I previously took Art 20 and for 2007 want to take it again. Can I also take Art 21(1) for the grant income for the second part of the year? Also, am I considered a resident alien for 2007?
