Message:   Hi,

I have an account in TD ameritrade since 2000. And the last time I was in US was Dec 2002 for 2 weeks. During the year 2007, I have capital gain on stocks for USD20,000. My questions is :

1. Do I need to file this ?
2. I try to file this in 1040NR, and can't find the right Line. Could you show me where I supposed to file this in the form ?
3. My div (USD300), was 30% withheld. Can I get refund on this ?

thanks
