Message:		which box should i check under reason for submitting W-7. I am an Indian citizen on H-1B for all of 2007 and am applying ITIN for my spouse who is again an Indian citizen on H-4 Dependent spouse visa and joined me on May 3rd 2007 in the US. Many thanks in advance Ricky
