Hello everyone. I was just wondering, if someone could explain me the using of the sai in karate. I do know the supposed history of it, but some things are unclear, like: 1. Do other arts use sai as well? 2.Is it thought nowdays? 3.If yes, where then? Since I couldn't find a single reference to club. Thnx |
