Message:   This topic is rapidly gaining ground: I overheard a conversation between residential boaters near Uxbridge last week that a boat had been casually breasting up with resident boats for a while during the day while the occupant(s) were out at work and had syphoned/pumped their diesel tanks dry!

Bob, your idea sounds interesting: lets have a sketch and mull mit over, please.
