Same here. Brian and/or "Hidden" seem to have issues with this website. I wonder if he/they send the same comments to other websites that he/they visit. I sponsor this site because there are costs invoved in doing this whether people like it or not. I am willing to support this effort and don't expect any business from my advertising. In fact, we were all willing to chip in and Nick was the one that insisted we should get something for our money. We never intended to be secret, just weren't looking to blow our own horn. It offends me that Brian would suggest that any of us took advantage of Nick. Brian has no idea what he is talking about. When Nick said that he has been running the website by himself, what he was referring to is that he asks for and has trouble getting information from all the activities that are going on in town, so he brings in new copy to make up the difference. So, if people choose not to send information about what's going on in their organization, Nick has to come up with something. These forums are just that. An opportunty for people to express their views. All views are important and respected. Many of the minutes from the board of selectmen that Brian served on do not reflect that same viewpoint. |
